Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Stock Control Ensure that stock rotation is carried Check that the minimum stock levels are maintained and liaise with Top up raw materials on a daily basis within decontamination Decontamination Process: Ensure correct Personal Protective Equipment is worn at all Follow the correct entry and exit procedure for the Brush and Clean room. Follow all work instructions for the safe handling and cleaning of all instrumentation and the safe use of all Track and trace all equipment through the I.T. System (Scantrack). Carry out in house cleaning tasks as Report all non conformances to a Supervisor/ unit co-ordinator or unit Handle all equipment with Ensure the correct clothing is worn at all times and minimal make up is Carry out cleaning tasks as Follow hand hygiene Follow work instructions for the safe use of Follow all work instructions for the safe handling checking and packing of scopes and accessories. Adhere to the uniform Report all breech in ISO regulations to a Supervisor/ unit co-ordinator or unit Handle all equipment with Trouble shoot any issues identified with AERs. Report any breakdowns to identified Delivery and Storage Process (Clean Room): Follow the correct entry and exit procedure for the drying Ensure the correct clothing is worn at all Carry out cleaning tasks as Follow hand hygiene Follow work instructions for the safe use of Follow all work instructions for the safe handling of scopes and Adhere to the uniform Track and trace all equipment through the I.T. System (Scantrack). Report all breech in ISO regulations to a Supervisor/ unit co-ordinator or unit Handle all equipment with Ensure all e-wiping carried out as Delivery and Collection: Ensure the correct procedure for collecting and delivering scopes is adhered Ensure correct entry/exit procedure Place decontaminated scopes in drying cabinet for specific Track and trace all equipment through the I.T. System (Scantrack). Follow all work instructions for the safe handling of scope trays and Follow all work instructions for the delivery and collection of Handle all equipment with Miscellaneous: All personal protective equipment which is provided must be used in the correct manner Assist in the training of new decontamination Ensure all products are tracked from the point of receipt, throughout decontamination, final release and dispatch using the Scantrack IMS tracking system and/or paper- based system as Ensure Quality Management System records are completed accurately and legibly and that uncontrolled changes are not made to documents or Good timekeeping.
