Summary

Parts Advisor – St Albans

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy main dealership in St Albans. Applicants must have previous automotive Parts Advisor experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: £32,000–£34,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm – No Weekends

Parts Advisor Role

- Supply parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers

- Identify and order the correct automotive parts

- Process customer and workshop parts enquiries efficiently

- Receive, check and organise incoming stock

- Maintain accurate stock levels and parts records

- Work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians

- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting Parts Department sales

Parts Advisor Requirements

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry

- Good knowledge of automotive parts and Parts Department operations

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Good organisational and IT skills

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Right to work in the UK
