Summary

Service Advisor – Oxford

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Oxford. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Oxford

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic

OTE: £36,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Service Advisor Role

- Manage customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process

- Book vehicles into the workshop and schedule work efficiently

- Provide accurate servicing and repair estimates, including costs and timescales

- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times

- Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller

- Recommend additional repairs, maintenance, parts and services where appropriate

- Maintain high levels of customer service while achieving Aftersales targets

Service Advisor Requirements

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor within the automotive industry

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload

- Confident working towards sales and customer service targets

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Right to work in the UK
