Summary

Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor – Bicester

We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor, Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Bicester. Applicants must have previous commercial vehicle parts experience, relevant technical experience or qualifications, be UK based and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Bicester

Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus

OTE: Up to £35,000

Hours: 44 hours per week average | Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 7:00am–4:00pm, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm

Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor Role

- Supply the correct commercial vehicle parts and sundries to workshop Technicians

- Support retail customers face-to-face and over the telephone

- Order parts accurately and monitor outstanding orders

- Keep Technicians and customers updated on parts availability and delivery times

- Work closely with the workshop to support efficient vehicle repairs

- Manage parts enquiries and identify suitable components

- Maintain an organised, efficient parts operation

Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor Requirements

- Previous experience within the commercial vehicle parts industry

- Relevant qualification or proven technical experience

- Good knowledge and genuine interest in commercial vehicles

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Organised with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple requirements

- Proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible approach

- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy Parts and Aftersales team

- UK based with the right to work in the UK
