We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Carry out all aspects of first and second fix plumbing on residential construction projects.
-Install hot and cold water services, waste pipework, soil stacks, and drainage systems.
-Install and commission bathrooms, cloakrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, and sanitary ware.
-Install radiators, underfloor heating systems, cylinders, pipework, valves, and associated heating components.
-Carry out plumbing works for loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments, and new build residential projects.
-Diagnose plumbing faults and carry out repairs, maintenance, and replacements where required.
-Pressure test and commission plumbing installations to ensure compliance with regulations.
-Read and interpret architectural drawings, plumbing layouts, and mechanical specifications accurately.
-Coordinate effectively with electricians, carpenters, plasterers, decorators, and site managers to ensure projects progress efficiently.
-Measure, order, and organise materials, ensuring work is completed with minimal waste.
-Maintain excellent workmanship with attention to detail throughout every stage of installation.
-Carry out snagging, testing, and final commissioning before project handover.
-Ensure all work complies with current Water Regulations, Building Regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.
-Keep site managers updated on project progress, material requirements, and any issues affecting programme.
-Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
-Travel to projects throughout Bristol and surrounding areas as required.
