Deliver high‑quality Maths teaching to pupils with a range of SEND profiles

Plan, design and adapt your own curriculum to meet individual learning needs

Create engaging, scaffolded lessons that build confidence, independence and functional numeracy

Work closely with SEN teams, therapists and support staff to ensure holistic provision

Track progress, analyse learning needs and implement strategies that secure strong outcomes

Contribute to a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

Model calm, consistent behaviour management and relational practice

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Good to Outstanding teaching practice

Strong SEN experience (ASD, SEMH, MLD, ADHD or complex needs)

Confident adapting teaching for diverse learning profiles

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families

Excellent communication, organisation and resilience

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and removing barriers to learning
