Summary
The post holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, social needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion. The post holder will support the day-to-day coordination of care, provide leadership and guidance to the care team and act as a role model in promoting safe, effective and evidence-based practice. Working under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the Senior Care Assistant will contribute to the implementation of care, monitor residents' wellbeing, and promptly escalate any concerns or changes in condition. The Senior Care Assistant will promote residents' independence, choice, and quality of life while fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents, relatives, and colleagues. They will contribute to continuous service improvement and uphold the values and standards of the organisation at all times.
