-Delivering exemplary customer service to colleagues and guests
-Proactively observe the reception area for opportunities to assist colleagues and guests
-To deliver a safe and secure working environment in The Aon Centre
-Protecting Aon's property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site's Assignment Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
-To proactively monitor and administer Access System, to ensure the needs of colleagues and guests are met
-To recognise and report and escalate any unusual behaviour immediately
-To accurately report and record incidents or risks
-Undertaking patrolling, X-ray scanning and emergency response procedures.
What do we want from you?
-Have previous experience working in a corporate environment
-Good communication skills
-Passionate about delivery excellent service
-Good computer skills
-Have a good knowledge of geographical locations as the client is responsible for all offices within Europe, Middle East and Africa
