Summary

We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a New Car Sales Executive at a reputable, expanding dealership group in Cardiff. This Car Sales Executive role offers a dynamic environment within a multi-franchise-approved dealership, providing a pathway for career development in the automotive sales sector. Our client is seeking motivated individuals with a strong passion for vehicle sales and excellent customer service skills.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Sell new vehicles across a range of models, from compact city cars to large SUVs

- Promote and assist in the sale of accessories, finance, insurance products, and extended warranties

- Keep customers informed of vehicle delivery schedules and address any delays

- Resolve customer queries and collect payments prior to vehicle handover as a Car Sales Executive

- Explain vehicle warranties, service arrangements, and showcase vehicle features

- Introduce customers to the Service Department and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to increasing sales opportunities and exceeding targets

- Maintain compliance with company policies and promote brand standards

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- Proven success in vehicle sales or strong sales experience from related sectors

- Exceptional customer relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a genuine passion for working within the motor trade

- Ability to work independently and seek out sales opportunities proactively

- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points

- Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including one in four Monday late shifts and occasional Sunday work during busy periods (March and September)
