Summary

This role works across our hospice services, including the Inpatient Unit, Community settings and the Wellbeing Centre, supporting patients to maintain comfort, function and quality of life. We are seeking a confident communicator and leader to work with the team ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately and to a consistently high standard. Senior Physiotherapy role brings: High standards of holistic and individualised patient care, embracing the hospice's vision and values Assess, plan and implement a wide range of interventions Plan, deliver and evaluate physiotherapyled exercise and education groups within the Wellbeing Centre Monitor, evaluate and modify treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of interventions
