Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused
Cleaner to join our team and provide a high-quality cleaning service across the site.
You will be responsible for maintaining general areas such as
offices, classrooms, washrooms and accommodation blocks, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and presented to a high standard.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and maintain designated areas to a high standard.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within required timeframes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Use cleaning products, chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow
- Report damaged or faulty equipment to the Manager.
- Inform your Supervisor when cleaning materials need replenishing.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when required.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Deliver excellent standards of service and attention to detail.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required.
COSHH and Health & Safety procedures.
What You Bring:
Essential:
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional approach when working with customers and colleagues.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow cleaning standards and procedures.
- Reliable and willing to learn.
Desirable:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety.
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of different cleaning methods and surfaces.
- Previous experience working in a military environment.
