We are recruiting a

Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout planned maintenance and refurbishment works in the KT2 area.

The successful candidate will help ensure residents receive a high standard of customer service while working closely with operational teams to minimise disruption and resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works.

  • Provide residents with clear information about works and programme timescales.

  • Arrange access to properties and coordinate appointments.

  • Carry out resident visits and maintain regular communication.

  • Respond to queries, concerns and complaints.

  • Liaise with Site Managers and subcontractors to resolve resident issues.

  • Maintain accurate resident records and update relevant systems.

  • Identify vulnerable residents and additional support requirements.

  • Support resident meetings and engagement activities.

  • Assist with community and social value initiatives.

  • Ensure resident concerns are investigated and resolved within appropriate timescales.

  • Maintain high standards of customer care throughout the project.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in resident liaison, customer service, housing, construction or a related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service approach.

  • Ability to deal confidently with residents and resolve issues.

  • Strong organisation and administration skills.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Social housing experience.

  • Planned maintenance or refurbishment experience.

  • Experience working within occupied properties.

  • Construction or retrofit experience.

  • Experience supporting vulnerable residents.
