Planning Technician needed in Walsall Paying £18.20 per hr ref 1771756

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Validate and register planning applications, ensuring compliance with planning legislation and local policies.
Review plans, drawings, reports, and calculate planning fees.
Provide technical advice and support to applicants, developers, architects, and the public.
Support Planning Committee meetings and prepare presentation materials.
Process Local Land Charges and CON29 searches.
Maintain accurate planning records, databases, and case management systems.
Assist with planning appeals, consultations, and discharge of conditions applications.
Deliver efficient administrative and technical support across Development Management and Planning Services.
