Summary

Mercor is looking for UK and Europe-based generalist experts to help train and evaluate frontier AI models. You will review everyday professional content, including documents, slides and spreadsheets, judging it for quality, accuracy, clarity and completeness. Your feedback directly shapes how AI systems reason about and produce real-world work product.

You will provide clear written feedback and ratings, compare and rank AI-generated outputs against defined criteria, and flag errors, inconsistencies and gaps in reasoning or formatting.

This suits a sharp, detail-oriented generalist comfortable moving across formats and subject areas. No deep specialisation in any one field is needed, and no prior AI or machine-learning experience is required, as we provide the guidelines and context.

Fully remote, on your own schedule, as an independent contractor. Paid weekly via Stripe or Wise. Pay is set in US dollars at $50 to $70 per hour, so the sterling figures shown are an indicative conversion.
