Vacancy – Part Time Receptionist
I am recruiting a part-time Receptionist for my client in Stonehouse Gloucestershire. You will be professional and organised in your approach to the role. Previous experience in a reception role or admin-based position required.
Due to the nature of the business a security clearance is required which will be done by the company subject to offer.
Responsibilities include –
1. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting of visitors to the site.
2. Opening of daily post and distribution to departments.
3. Administration Duties
4. You will be taking calls via a switchboard and connecting calls to relevant members of staff.
5. Organising meeting rooms
6. Arranging refreshments for staff and visitor
7. Management of security passes
