Summary
To work as part of the team by providing administration support.
Key Result Areas
• Support team based on the identified needs.
• Provide and access relevant information as required.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties.
• Personally undertake related tasks as required and to a high standard.
• Undertake administrative matters using own initiative.
• Frequently using Micro Soft Word, Excel, and other programs to produce documents etc.
• Inform management and relevant staff about any significant matters.
• Do any other jobs at a similar level, which the manager may reasonably ask.
Key Tasks
• Receptionist duties – meeting and greeting visitors, answering & making telephone calls
• Monitoring incoming email, sending e.mail as requested
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail.
• Payroll – printing/checking staff timesheets
• Administration of staff holiday booking procedure
• Invoicing
• Mileage invoicing for clients
• Meeting preparation (scheduling, diary entry, organising facilities, communication to attendees)
• Minute taking and transcription
• Word processing of documentation (memos, letters, agenda etc)
• Design and creation of documentation.
• Creation and management of filing, archiving and resource systems
• Record maintenance (updating of staff files, off duty, training matrices etc)
• Researching, analysing and reporting information
• Monitoring & ordering of stationery supplies
• Printing & delivering documents requested
• Collecting and distributing funds
• Office organisation
• Other administrative duties as required
A driving licence would be beneficial as you may need to travel to other locations to undertake certain aspects of this role.

Working Hours to be discussed.
Student to complete a Business administration level 3 Apprenticeship.
