A new vacancy has arisen we are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor/Litigator Industrial Deafness. They will consider a Paralegal

The Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience, plus bonus

Monday-Friday flexible working including 1 or 2 days remote

Duties:

The successful candidate will be qualified Solicitor or Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury, with exposure to industrial disease claims. A strong understanding of the litigation process, along with experience in drafting legal documents and reviewing case materials, is essential.

Must have experience of dealing with Industrial Deafness cases.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex cases, including detailed investigations into liability and quantum, and the thorough review of medical and employment records.
