solutions
is
looking
to
add
a
Field
Service
Engineer
to
its
growing
service
team.
Covering
the
South
East,
this
is
a
varied
role
working
across
commercial,
industrial
and
public
sector
customer
sites
on
a
wide
range
of
pumping
and
fluid
handling
equipment.
This
is
an
excellent
opportunity
for
a
multi-skilled
engineer
with
strong
mechanical
and
electrical
fault-finding
experience,
particularly
those
with
a
background
in
pumps,
booster
sets,
wastewater
systems
or
associated
controls.
The
Role
Carry
out
planned
preventative
maintenance,
servicing
and
breakdown
repairs
on
pumping
systems
and
associated
equipment
Complete
mechanical
and
electrical
installations,
commissioning
and
remedial
works
Work
on
booster
sets,
pressurisation
units,
wastewater
systems,
pump
stations,
inverters
and
control
panels
Attend
reactive
callouts
and
provide
fault-finding
support
across
customer
sites
Manage
van
stock
and
ensure
all
work
is
completed
in
line
with
health
and
safety
requirements
Participate
in
a
call-out
rota
and
occasional
overnight
stays
when
required
The
Candidate
Previous
experience
as
a
Service
Engineer,
Maintenance
Engineer
or
similar
engineering
role
Strong
mechanical
and
electrical
fault-finding
skills
Experience
working
on
pumps,
pump
systems,
HVAC
equipment
or
water
treatment
equipment
is
highly
desirable
Analytical
approach
to
troubleshooting
and
problem
solving
Ability
to
work
independently
while
maintaining
excellent
customer
relationships
Full
UK
driving
licence
Package
£44,638
basic
salary
based
on
a
42.5-hour
week
Overtime
and
travel
time
paid
with
realistic
earnings
of
£55,000
-
£60,000+
