Full time Monday to Friday Office based role

Salary Negotiable

We are looking for a detail-focused Treasury Operations & Regulatory Reporting Officer to support the timely and accurate settlement, confirmation, reporting, investigation and administration of Treasury business across a busy banking environment.

This role will support back office operations across MM, FX, NDF, Securities, Bonds, CDs, Repos and IRS activity, while also contributing to regulatory reporting governance and transaction reporting processes under EMIR, MiFID and MiFID II.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the confirmation, settlement and investigation of Treasury transactions, ensuring accurate processing within back office systems including GMO and SCMS.
  • Review deal tickets and trade details across MM, FX, NDF, Securities, Bonds, CDs, Repos and IRS products.
  • Manage settlement queries, non-receipts, late payments and confirmations by liaising with internal teams, management and external counterparties.
  • Maintain relevant static data and transaction records, ensuring all daily work is filed and retained appropriately.
  • Process swap instructions, bank charges, debit and credit interest charges, coupon notifications and IRS interest payments.
  • Support collateral management activities including ISDA/CSA documentation, margin valuation, reconciliation, settlement, confirmation and dispute management.
  • Complete daily transaction reporting, reconciliation and trade activity reporting accurately and on time.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting completeness, accuracy, investigation, remediation and governance processes.
  • Act as a liaison point with reporting service providers and support ongoing transaction reporting requirements under EMIR, MiFID and MiFID II.
  • Provide back office administration support between Head Office and department staff.
  • Support project reporting, process improvements, system upgrades, testing and implementation activity.
  • Remain vigilant regarding AML procedures, complete required CDD and AML checks, maintain evidence for audit trail purposes and escalate potential positive hits or suspicious activity in line with policy.
  • Support daily CASS review operations, assess whether funds or credits relate to designated investment business and report any breaches in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

About You

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and delegate when necessary.
  • Accurate reporting skills and a methodical approach to reconciliations and documentation.
  • A collaborative team player with a responsible and accountable approach to work.
  • Understanding of AML, CDD, regulatory reporting and CASS requirements would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in banking, Treasury operations, settlements, confirmations or regulatory reporting would be beneficial.
  • Mandarin advantageous, but not essential.
  • Min 3 years experience
