Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Fabricator Welder to join our client’s operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator to work on a varied range of

safety-critical and bespoke projects, with the opportunity to develop their skills alongside experienced mentors.

The Role

As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding and fabrication work in line with established procedures and safety standards. You will work on a wide variety of projects and provide additional operational support where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld a wide range of safety-critical and bespoke items.

• Interpret customer requirements and produce work to the required specification and quality standards.

• Work safely and effectively as part of a team.

• Support supervisors and colleagues with day-to-day operational requirements.

• Undertake additional duties as required.

• Minimise material waste and remain mindful of the financial impact of your work.

• Follow written instructions and maintain accurate records.

• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

About You

We are looking for a practical and conscientious Fabricator Welder with a strong work ethic and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Essential

• Recognised qualification in welding and fabrication.

• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Fabricator.

• Strong practical and fabrication skills.

• Good concentration and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain records.

• Safety-conscious approach to working.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and develop under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Desirable

• Previous experience fabricating tanks and/or vessels.

• Experience using powered rollers.
