Production Operatives on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer supplying
precision components to the aerospace industry, based on the outskirts of
Bridgwater.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, modern manufacturing facility where you'll support the
production, assembly and finishing of high-specification aerospace components.
Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous
production, manufacturing or machine operating experience, as well as those looking to start or develop a career within aerospace manufacturing.

- Rotating shift pattern:
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
- No weekend working.
- Overtime opportunities once fully trained.
- Full training provided.

- Potential for permanent employment following successful probation.
£14.63 per hour.
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
Immediate starts available.
Key Duties
- Operate production machinery and supporting equipment following full training.
- Use hand tools to complete production and assembly tasks.
- Assist with the assembly and finishing of aerospace components.
- Work across different production departments as required.
- Follow production processes and work instructions accurately.
- Carry out tasks to required quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain production efficiency.
- Adapt to changing priorities and learn new production processes.
Requirements
- Previous
- Good manual dexterity and confidence using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and established production processes.
- Reliable and motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible approach and willingness to learn new skills.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
