Summary

If this sounds like you, then…You’ll…• lead a team of Assessors who make students get the right exam access arrangements • screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where need be• keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they’re implemented • manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements• delivering training and share your expertise with staff across the college• Get involved in college life – whether it’s supporting open events, helping with invigilation, or simply being a friendly face around campus. • Please note, this role is Exeter based but you will be supervising teams across the Exeter & North Devon Group

You’ll need to be…• qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award (this is essential)• proactive, organised and methodical• passionate about supporting students• experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements • a great communicator with excellent IT skills• thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail *£2,000 retention payment (£1,000 payable at the end of year 1 and year 2). Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
