We're looking for a motivated

Tele-Sales Consultant to join our busy and successful sales team.

You'll be making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, nurturing leads and turning opportunities into sales. If you're

driven, resilient and motivated by achieving results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Own transport required due to location

Your Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.

Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads.

Present products and services clearly and confidently.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Build strong relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales.

⭐ Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Keep accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes using the CRM system.

Work closely with sales and customer service teams.

Share ideas to improve sales scripts, processes and performance.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be perfect - we're looking for someone with the

right attitude, confidence and drive!

✅ Previous tele-sales or telephone-based sales experience is preferred.

️ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

Resilient, persistent and comfortable handling objections.

Organised with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Professional and confident telephone manner.

❤️ Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
