Summary

Creative Management Services Ltd. are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef Supervisor to work in a busy secondary school kitchen in Seaham (SR7 0BH).

You will lead, manage and support a catering team, maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards and manage food preparation and stock. The ideal candidate will be organised, hands-on and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering great food and excellent service. Applicants must have experience working in a busy kitchen as well as good cooking and management skills.

Working 37.5 hours per week (School term time only)

Paid weeks: 42.4

£22,021.28 Per annum

Seaham School operates a 37 week academic year plus 1 week.

Your start and finish times are likely to be 08:00 - 15:30 (Although this may be varied)

Candidates will be expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check
