We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our client’s reputable dealership in Kingston upon Thames as a sales executive. Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Engage with customers to identify their requirements and guide them effectively through the vehicle purchasing process

- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service

- Build and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and finance options

- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt follow-up and a seamless sales experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold dealership standards and support business growth

- Record and manage customer interactions and sales activities accurately within the CRM system

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a car sales executive or in a similar customer-facing sales role

- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong desire to succeed

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment

- Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory
