Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent car specialist based in Croydon, for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor seeking to progress their career within a well-established, customer-focused environment.

Duties of the Service Advisor position:

- Manage customer appointments and handle service enquiries efficiently

- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs

- Provide accurate quotations and clear explanations of work carried out

- Keep customers informed about vehicle status throughout the service process

- Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate

- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

- Deliver high standards of customer service to foster repeat business and customer satisfaction

Requirements for the role:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

- Professional attitude and proactive work ethic

- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently

- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional service
