Summary
Utilisation of capacity and demand tools to inform service planning and development Utilise national and local benchmarking tools to inform decision making Technical expertise Proactive Problem Solving Report Development Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the BI team, and wider organisation Actively try to resolve issues and complaints at local level and then report the outcome to the line manager Acts as a role model , presenting a positive image of self, team and the organisation
