Its work includes play environments, outdoor classrooms, surfacing and inspections, with a focus on inclusive, sustainable spaces that support children’s learning and development.Key responsibilities• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently• Loading and unloading deliveries• Moving materials and equipment around the site• Storing goods in the correct locations• Supporting stock control and general warehouse duties• Carrying out routine checks on the forklift• Following site health and safety procedures• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards• Working effectively with colleagues and following instructionsSkills and qualifications• A valid counterbalance forklift qualification is required• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse, yard or industrial environment• Good awareness of workplace health and safety• Ability to handle materials carefully and accurately• Reliable, punctual and physically fit• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Good communication skills and a positive approach to workBenefits• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersThis is a temporary, day-shift position offering £13 per hour in Patchway.
