Staff Nurse - L
uxury Mental Health Care Home
Hours: 36-42 per week, rotation of day and night shifts
Rate of Pay: £22 per hour
Our client is proud to offer exceptional care in a luxury care home setting, specialising in the support of older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. They are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join the team on permanent basis. What We’re Looking For
NMC registration as an
RGN or RMN with relevant experience in mental health or complex behaviours
Strong clinical skills and a sound understanding of safeguarding and risk management
Confidence in managing challenging behaviours and supporting individuals with dignity and compassion
A calm, proactive approach and the ability to work independently overnight
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults with mental health needs

Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents with complex mental health needs
Lead and support the night care team, ensuring continuity and consistency of care
Administer medication, monitor physical and mental health, and respond to clinical needs
Develop and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and families
Promote a positive, respectful culture that supports autonomy and individual choice
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
Work collaboratively with external healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
