Summary

Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

£44,600 | 38.5 Hours per Week

Our client is proud to provide exceptional care within a luxury care home, specialising in supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. They are now looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with senior nursing and leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated clinical team. You'll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, leading by example, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.

What We're Looking For

Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD.

Previous senior nursing and leadership experience is essential.

Experience supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.

Excellent clinical knowledge with a strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, and risk management.

Confident leading, motivating, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.

Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care is delivered at all times.

Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams, promoting best practice and professional development.

Monitor and maintain high clinical standards, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and NMC guidelines.

Oversee medication management, clinical assessments, and person-centred care planning.

Support the Home Manager with clinical governance, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

Promote a positive, respectful culture that values dignity, choice, and independence.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure all records meet professional and regulatory standards.

Act as a role model for excellent nursing practice while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
