As an Integration Enterprise Architect at Cadent, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our enterprise integration vision and strategy. Working across a complex technology landscape, you'll be responsible for creating a future‑focused integration architecture that enables systems, applications and data to work seamlessly together while supporting Cadent's long‑term business objectives.  

 

This is a highly influential role where you'll help shape the future of our integration capabilities. You'll work closely with architects, delivery teams, business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with Cadent's wider technology strategy.  

 

From defining target architectures and roadmaps to driving innovation and automation, you'll act as a trusted technical authority within the integration domain, helping to create a more connected and efficient organisation.

What you'll bring:

 

Integration & Enterprise Architecture Expertise: 

- Experience defining and maintaining enterprise integration strategies and roadmaps 

- Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware and iPaaS platforms 

- Experience designing target-state and transitional architectures aligned to business goals  

 

Technical Leadership: 

- Ability to act as a technical authority across integration technologies and architectural decisions 

- Experience developing principles, standards, policies and governance frameworks 

- Strong understanding of solution lifecycles and architecture best practice  

 

Strategic & Commercial Awareness: 

- Experience supporting procurement activities, technology selection and supplier evaluations 

- Ability to identify opportunities for optimisation, rationalisation and business value creation 

- Understanding of industry trends, innovation and emerging technologies  

 

Collaboration & Communication:

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly 

- Experience working across architecture, delivery, security, data and business teams 

- Ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership level  

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

- Degree in a relevant discipline desirable 

- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, SAP, AWS or Microsoft certifications are advantageous
