Summary

Hair by Zindzi is looking for a **creative, energetic Social Media Manager** to grow our online presence and turn great hair into great content.

You'll help build our community, increase engagement, generate enquiries and turn social media into a powerful channel for bookings and sales.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create, film, edit and publish content across **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube**

* Develop creative content ideas, hooks, captions and campaigns

* Capture hair transformations, client experiences, products and behind-the-scenes content

* Stay on top of trends, sounds and short-form video formats

* Manage the content calendar and posting schedule

* Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages

* Track analytics and identify what's driving the best results

* Support paid and organic social campaigns

* Maintain an organised library of photo and video content

### About You

We're looking for someone who:

* Has experience managing social media accounts

* Understands **TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video**

* Is confident filming and editing content

* Has a strong eye for hair, beauty, fashion and visual content

* Is creative, organised, energetic and full of ideas

* Understands trends and what makes content shareable

* Can take an idea from concept to finished post

Previous hair, beauty or fashion experience is desirable but not essential.
