Summary
Position: Youth Support Worker
Responsible to the director
Duties and responsibilities:
The candidate would require to provide daily emotional and practical assistance and care to vulnerable children and young people, including participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota. The role involves helping individuals access education, training, and employment opportunities while supporting them in developing essential independent and structured living skills to prepare for full independence. Responsibilities include
organising engaging activities, promoting positive behaviour, and maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. The candidate will also liaise with external services when required and adhere strictly to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of all young people and incapacitated children under our care.
