Summary

Provide a high standard of holistic Care (physical, emotional, social and spiritual), play and professional friendship to the child and their immediate and extended family, andto provide continuity of Care by working both in the community and the Julias House Hospice as appropriate. Be involved in the planning and running of activity sessions, including the development and maintenance of activity packs, both in the Hospice and the Community Develop, monitor and maintain individualised programmes of activities in direct relation to the childs/young persons specific requirements. Work flexibly alongside the families, supporting them in the manner that they choose, as appropriate to the role of a Julias House Care Team Member. Take a proactive role in professional training and personal development. Promote and maintain close relations and liaison with all Care staff. Work within the appropriate regulatory bodies regulations and help to maintain accurate records of methods, evidence of policies and the monitoring of procedures for inspection.
