Its knowledgeable team supports customers with flooring products, finishes and practical advice, working across residential and professional projects.Key responsibilities• Driving cars or vans safely and responsibly• Completing local and long-distance deliveries and collections• Loading, unloading and moving flooring materials by hand• Carrying out handball duties safely and efficiently• Checking goods and paperwork before and after each journey• Providing a professional and helpful service at delivery points• Keeping the vehicle clean and reporting any issues promptly• Following company procedures, road safety requirements and delivery schedulesSkills and qualifications• Experience in long-distance driving• Previous handball or manual handling experience• A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle used• Good awareness of road safety and vehicle checks• Reliable, punctual and organised• Physically capable of lifting and moving goods• Professional manner and good communication skills• Able to work independently and manage delivery times effectivelyBenefits• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersThis is a days-based temporary role offering £13 per hour in Avonmouth.
