HGV Class 2 DriverLocation: CheltenhamPay: £16 to £17 per hourJob type: TemporaryShift: DaysA temporary opportunity is available for an HGV Class 2 Driver to support daytime delivery and collection operations in the Cheltenham area.Key responsibilities• Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections• Load, secure and transport containers in line with safety requirements• Carry out vehicle checks before and after each shift• Complete delivery paperwork accurately• Provide professional service at collection and delivery points• Report any vehicle, load or delivery issues promptlySkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 2 licence• Experience handling or transporting containers• Good knowledge of safe loading and securing procedures• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach• Ability to complete routine paperwork and delivery records• Good communication and customer service skills• Current Driver CPC and tachograph card requiredAbout the companyThis is a dairy distribution business serving local customers from Gloucestershire.
