Its UK operations support access to a range of vehicles and related fleet solutions, serving local and wider operational requirements through its vehicle hire activities.The roleWe are seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to support daytime delivery operations in Gloucester. This temporary position involves multi-drop work, with more than 10 deliveries typically completed during a shift.Key responsibilities- Completing scheduled multi-drop deliveries safely and on time- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift- Loading, securing and unloading goods responsibly- Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining signatures where required- Providing professional service at delivery locations- Reporting any vehicle, delivery or documentation issues promptly- Following relevant road safety, transport and site proceduresSkills and qualifications- Valid HGV Class 2 licence- Driver CPC qualification and a current digital tachograph card- Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience- Experience completing more than 10 drops per shift- Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks- Reliable, punctual and organised approach- Professional communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage a busy delivery scheduleBenefits- £16 to £17 per hour- Paid every Wednesday- Opportunity to be visible to local employers- Day shifts- Temporary work in GloucesterApply today.
