Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join a reputable housing organisation on a temporary basis for around 3 months.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting residents, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tenant inquiries and provide support for housing-related issues.

Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with housing policies and regulations.

Assist in the development and implementation of community programs.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for housing activities.

Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to enhance community services.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of housing regulations and policies is an advantage.

Education Requirements:

Relevant degree or qualification in housing, social work, or a related field is preferred.

Professional certifications in housing management are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in a housing officer or similar role is preferred.

Experience in customer service or community engagement is advantageous.
