We are currently recruiting for a

Maintenance Assistant to join a housing team in Glasgow on a temporary basis for an initial

4-month period.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across housing maintenance, repairs and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting

Gas Servicing and Electrical Inspection programmes

Monitoring compliance information and maintaining accurate records

Processing and checking

invoices

Assisting with housing applications and general housing administration

Liaising with contractors, tenants and internal teams

Supporting the wider maintenance and repairs function

About You

We are looking for someone with

previous experience working within a housing environment, ideally with knowledge of housing maintenance and repairs.

You should have:

Experience of housing maintenance or property services

Good administrative and organisational skills

Knowledge of compliance requirements, particularly gas and electrical safety

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Experience using

Homemaster would be highly desirable
