About the Role / Job Summary:

Morgan Hunt are working with an established Charity who are recruiting for a full time Maths Tutor on a permanent contract. The role will involve working across 2 sites in North London and is offering a salary of up to £40,000, This role is dedicated to providing quality education and training to learners. As a Maths Tutor, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging lessons in Functional Skills and GCSE Maths to post-16 learners. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic success of students while working within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver interactive mathematics lessons.

Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.

Ensure accurate documentation for student funding eligibility.

Participate in regular meetings with the quality assurance team.

Maintain compliance with educational standards and policies.

Qualifications:

A Level 5 teaching qualification.

A degree in Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent).

Experience in teaching mathematics to post-16 learners.

Minimum of grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Education Requirements:

Level 5 teaching qualification.

Degree in Mathematics or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the post-16 level.

Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment practices.

Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
