Summary

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager for a well-established dealership in Bury St Edmunds.

This Sales Manager role presents a strategic opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional to lead a team of four Sales Executives, driving sales performance and customer satisfaction within a reputable dealership environment.

Duties of a Sales Manager:

- Managing a team of four Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

- Ensuring high standards of customer service are upheld

- Overseeing the sales process from enquiry to delivery

- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support

- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry regulations

Requirements of a Sales Manager:

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade

- Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing sales teams

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Ability to work five days a week, Monday to Saturday

- Highly motivated, target-driven, and well-organised

- Valid UK driving licence
