Summary

Are you an experienced Senior LCV Technician / Workshop Controller seeking to advance your career within a reputable dealership in Leicester? Our client, a well-established commercial dealership, is looking for a dedicated Senior LCV Technician / Workshop Controller to lead their service team. Duties:

- Lead and supervise a team of LCV technicians, providing mentorship and direction

- Perform advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on light commercial vehicles

- Manage the workshop workflow, allocating jobs efficiently to optimise productivity

- Monitor quality control and ensure health & safety compliance

- Support junior technicians’ development and training

- Liaise effectively with management and customers to meet expectations

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in automotive repair or equivalent

- Proven experience in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of light commercial vehicles

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred

- Strong fault-finding and technical skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
