Hays Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in specialist SEN settings across Coventry. We are seeking compassionate, proactive individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to achieve their full potential.

Whether you have experience in education, care, support work, coaching, youth work, or another child-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs

Providing 1:1 and small group support throughout the school day

Encouraging participation, independence, and confidence

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural development

Helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment

We're Looking For

✔ Experience working with children or young people

✔ A positive, caring, and patient approach

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

✔ A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
