Plumber needed in Loughborough Paying £14 per hr ref OR112304

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties.
Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions.
Repair and replace pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, cylinders, and other plumbing fixtures and fittings.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues, including leaks and blocked systems.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail and finish.
Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment within residents' homes.
Accurately record completed works, materials used, and any follow-on actions required.
Liaise professionally with tenants, keeping them informed of progress and any issues affecting the repair.
Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Work collaboratively with other trades and colleagues to deliver an effective repairs service.
Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in good condition.
