Key Responsibilities
Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance
- Carry out responsive and planned plumbing repairs on a variety of properties.
- Diagnose and rectify faults relating to water supply, drainage, heating, and sanitation systems.
- Repair and replace pipework, fittings, valves, taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Identify the cause of recurring plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Respond to emergency plumbing call-outs when required.
