Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons across the relevant curriculum.

Plan and deliver lessons, learning activities and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.

Support students with their academic and technical development.

Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.

Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Use practical and engaging teaching methods to develop students' digital and technical skills.

Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team.

Support students in developing the skills required for further study and employment.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience teaching

ICT within an FE or Sixth Form setting.

Strong subject knowledge across ICT and computing-related topics.

A recognised teaching qualification.

A degree in

ICT, Computing, Information Technology or a relevant subject.

Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.

Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Strong practical and technical ICT knowledge.

A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve strong academic and career outcomes.

Relevant FE / Sixth Form ICT programmes

Learners

Further Education learners.

Sixth Form / post-16 students, where required.
