Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons across the relevant curriculum.
- Plan lessons, learning activities and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
- Support students with their academic development and examination preparation.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team.
- Support students in developing the knowledge and skills required for further study and employment.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience teaching
- Strong subject knowledge across Business-related topics.
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- A degree in
- Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes.
Business within an FE or Sixth Form setting.
Business, Management, Finance or a relevant subject.
Programmes / Subjects
- Business
- Business Studies
- Relevant FE / Sixth Form Business programmes
Learners
- Further Education learners.
- Sixth Form / post-16 students, where required.
- Classroom-based delivery in Bedford.
