We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Children's Health Worker to join our dedicated South Kesteven Rural Team within Lincolnshire's 0-19 Children's Health Service.
South Kesteven Rural (Bourne) Full Time 37hrs
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work directly with children and families across rural communities, delivering evidence-based health promotion and early intervention support as part of a multidisciplinary team led by Health Visitors and Registered Nurses .
