Your role will focus on big-picture strategy all whilst getting stuck into the day-to-day functions of running an online business

As a Head of Ecommerce your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, profitability and customer experience

• Manage the day-to-day trading of the website, identifying opportunities to improve

• Produce regular trading reports with insights and recommendations for growth

• Own the CRM strategy to increase customer engagement, retention and lifetime value

• Partner with Marketing, Buying, Creative and Operations to deliver campaigns

• Use data and customer insight to improve conversion, satisfaction and retention

We are looking for a Head of Ecommerce who has the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in an ecommerce leadership role

• Experience within fashion, retail or a high-growth consumer brand is preferred

• Strong commercial understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising and CRM

• Experience managing Shopify Plus (or a similar) and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo

• A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

In return, the successful Head of Ecommerce will receive a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and perks including:
