Our client, a reputable main dealership based in Crewe, Cheshire, is currently seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their professional and friendly workshop team. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, excellent career progression prospects, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Salary up to £34,000, dependent on experience and skill level

- OTE of £41,000 with bonuses

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on rota

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct vehicle health checks and routine servicing

- Carry out repairs authorised by clients

- Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer procedures

- Road test vehicles to confirm fault resolution

- Complete all job-related documentation accurately and efficiently

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent

- Proven experience in the motor industry as a Vehicle Technician

- Full UK driving licence

- Diagnostic experience essential; MOT testing is desirable

- Experience within a franchise dealership environment advantageous

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
